DISC®
When are you particularly efficient?
The goal of the DISC workshops is to make all employees within your company aware of how their behaviour influences the experience and the buying decision of the customers. It all starts with hiring the right people with the right skills and, more importantly, with the right attitude.
Our DISC workshops can be used in the following modules:
Hiring employees
Teamwork
Communication
Leadership skills
Time management
NPS WORKSHOP
Everyone puts the customer at the centre
In every company, department or team, there is always someone who, by nature, likes working with people and inspires others. At “Multi-Value” we call these people “Champions”. Their attitude has a positive influence (DISC). In our NPS workshops we use the “Champion” to:
Monitor the ‘customer first’ culture
Inspire others
Share their success with others
FEEDBACK TRAINING
The power of immediate feedback
As managers, we are all busy. Training and coaching our employees and unfolding their talents is often set aside. Giving direct and constructive feedback is undoubtedly the key to allow employees to grow. But, how do you give effective feedback to your employees?
Multi-Value is qualified to give direct feedback, thanks to many customer satisfaction visits with feedback and coaching, (Mystery Shopping with Feedback and Coaching). The method of feedback is based on the GROW-Coaching model, renamed by Multi-Value to the 4 G-Method.
Feedback is carried out based on concrete description of:
Happening
Feeling
Impact
Desired Behaviour
TAILOR-MADE TRAINING
One size doesn’t fit all!
Companies and people are different, and this is why we, at Multi-Value, believe that standard trainings are not enough for success and growth of a business. In a rapidly changing world, we find it important to be creative and develop innovative customer satisfaction programs with you.
The following elements are central to this:
The ‘customer first’ culture
The future
The reinvention of yourself
The enthusiasm of all employees
